Pebbles from a Desert Sunset - 9"x12"
Pebbles from a Desert Sunset
9”x12” - Watercolor, gouache, and white ink on paper
I started this new “pebbles” series as a way to use up all the painted paper scraps leftover from my animal cut paper art. This first one reminds me of the times I’ve driven past the deserts and canyons of Arizona and New Mexico at sunset. So many vibrant and deep reds, purples, and oranges that stretch far beyond the horizon.
